Jet and Kaelo have been producing and DJing for almost a decade, coming together in 2000 to form JK47. With four independant releases under their belt, blending styles from tech-house to progressive to breaks, the pair have recently been signed to Lee Coomb's Thrust label in the U.K. As well, JK47 has had recent air play on BBC Radio 1's Essential Mix by Meat Katie, and a stellar review in Urb Magazine. Over the past year the duo have collaborated with such artists as Paranoid Jack, Myagi, Scene Headz, and Loopity Goofs. On the side, JK47 has been involved with a number of live musicians for some downtempo projects, as well as composing original scores for the performing arts community.
